Shipping and Delivery Policy

We're a proudly Aussie-owned business shipping from Sydney.

Dispatch Guarantee

We aim to be as efficient at packing and shipping orders as possible, however factors outside our control may impact this. If your order is in stock we will dispatch in 3-5 days, if it is a backorder or preorder, it will be dispatched as soon as the stock is made available us by our suppliers.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf.

Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

Backorder, Kickstaster & Crowdfunding (BKC)

If your order includes a Backorder, Kickstaster & Crowdfunding item, the entire order will be delivered once the BKC item is available. If you want to have the order partially shipped, please contact us to arrange this. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Shipping Costs

The $14.50 fee covers delivery to anywhere is Australia. Extremely heavy orders (over 5kg) may incur an additional fee and we will contact customers directly if this is the case.

The $22 Express post option is available for orders under 2kg. If the order is over 2kg then we may contact you via email or phone to advise, refund the $10 and order will be sent as standard shipment.
