Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, backorders, crowdfunding items, or try-before-you-buy items. This policy explains when and how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their selected duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the renewal date.
You can manage, change or cancel your subscription using the link in your order confirmation email. If you cannot access your order link, please contact us with your order number.
Cancellation of a subscription will stop future subscription charges. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped or otherwise committed before your cancellation request is received, that order may still proceed. You may still be able to return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.
Pre-orders, backorders and crowdfunding items
When you purchase a pre-order, backorder, Kickstarter item, crowdfunding item or similar item, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or is not yet available for immediate fulfilment.
You may request cancellation of one of these items before it has been allocated, committed or fulfilled.
An item is treated as allocated or committed once we have placed, confirmed or funded the relevant order with a supplier, distributor, manufacturer, Kickstarter campaign, crowdfunding campaign or other supply partner, and we are no longer able to cancel or reduce our commitment without cost.
Once an item has been allocated, committed or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it as a change-of-mind request.
Cancellations will be refunded based on the amount paid for the cancelled item or cancelled portion of the order, less a cancellation fee of 5 percent. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing costs and administrative handling.
If an approved cancellation relates to an order that has already been picked and packed for shipping, an additional restocking fee of 5 percent of the cancelled amount may apply.
These cancellation terms also apply to partial cancellations, reductions in item quantities, and other requested changes that reduce the total value of an order.
For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we may authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. This authorisation confirms that your payment method is valid but does not necessarily mean you have been charged.
You will have the stated trial period to decide whether to keep the item. The trial period, return deadline and any return requirements will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
If you return the item within the trial period and in accordance with the return instructions, you will not be charged the full purchase price, except for any charges disclosed at checkout or permitted by law.
If the trial period ends and you have not returned the item in accordance with the return instructions, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price.
If the item is returned damaged, incomplete or outside the trial period, we may charge your payment method for the full purchase price or a reasonable amount reflecting the condition of the item, where permitted by law.
For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.
