Outgunned RPG: Frequently Asked Questions

The original Outgunned is based on modern action flicks, whereas Adventure is based more on classic treasure hunting. Both feature the same set of core rules, with a few unique mechanics for each.

The rulebook for each is standalone, meaning you don’t necessarily need the original Outgunned book in order to start playing Outgunned Adventure.

To play Outgunned RPG, you’ll need multiple D6s. The dice mechanic involves rolling a pool of D6s and looking for matching numbers. The more of a kind you have, the more successful your action will be.
