Dirty Down Rust Effect 25ml

Dirty Down Rust Effect 25ml is a water-soluble weathering paint for creating realistic rust tones on miniatures, vehicles, terrain, scenery and props. It produces a high matt aged-metal appearance without needing to build a rough physical texture.

Use the effect straight from the pot with a brush or airbrush. It is particularly effective on rough or textured surfaces, where the colour can collect naturally around details, recesses and worn areas. Once dry, the water-soluble finish can be adjusted with a damp brush, cotton bud or cloth to create streaking, patchiness and tonal variation.
