The One Ring Hobbit Tales is a supplement for The One Ring, the official tabletop roleplaying game based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. It gives players and Loremasters a welcoming entry point into Middle-earth, focused on the Shire and the unexpected adventures Hobbits find themselves in.
This Hobbit Tales RPG supplement includes a thorough description of the Shire's four farthings, along with five ready-to-play adventures. These adventures can be used for new groups, one-shots, Shire-focused campaigns or as a gentle introduction before travelling further into Middle-earth.
The book also allows players to take on the roles of famous Hobbits whose descendants will go on to shape the fate of the Third Age, including Primula and Rory Brandybuck, Paladin Took and Bilbo Baggins himself.
Please note that the material in this expansion was previously published in the first starter set for the second edition of The One Ring.

More about Hobbit Tales RPG supplement
Hobbit Tales RPG supplement is ideal for groups who want a softer, character-driven start to The One Ring. First, the Shire setting gives players a familiar and grounded place to begin. Also, the included adventures create space for small dramas, unexpected trouble and warm Middle-earth storytelling before the shadow grows darker.
Because the book includes ready-to-play adventures and iconic Hobbit characters, it works well for introductory sessions, family-friendly tables and Loremasters who want to explore the quieter corners of Tolkien's world.
