Vaesen Nordic Horror Roleplaying Core Rulebook opens a dark Gothic world where nineteenth-century progress collides with the ancient creatures of Scandinavian folklore.

Written by Nils Hintze and based on the work of Swedish illustrator and author Johan Egerkrans, Vaesen uses an adapted version of the Year Zero Engine. Players become investigators gifted with the Sight, uncovering supernatural mysteries while developing the Society's headquarters in Upsala. The rules focus on investigation, relationships, fear and dangerous confrontations rather than tactical combat alone.
